Some work I have to do, does anyone suggest I do it?

I have a 95 Pontiac Bonneville SLE, I have to do rear struts, rear brakes need new shoes and cylinder i've been told. I have the shop manuals for my car. I've done things such as an oil change, and front brakes (rotors and pads). Does anyone suggest I do this now? What should I be aware of?

No offense intended, but if you have the manual, and you still have questions, you're asking an awful lot of us to write procedures for all your questions. I'd suggest a knowledgable friend or nearby member.

Rear shoes are something you don't want to do unless you've done it before or have someone familiar with GM rear drums.

Rear brakes and shocks/struts are not novice projects. Not impossible either, but tricky. I'd agree with Will, get some help.
