Smaller pulley
What'* up everyone. I'm new to these forums. I've got a 1999 Bonneville SSEI and am looking for easy ways to increase horsepower and do up my bonnie a little. I was thinking about throwing a smaller pulley on the supercharger. But I want the pros and cons to it.

I suggest only dropping to a 3.5" pulley. Going smaller will give you a lot of knock retard and can damage your engine. It'* also a good idea to open up your intake a bit.
Hi Aaron;
Welcome to the Bonneville Forum.
Please add your year and trim of your vehicle to your signature line. That way when you start asking questions in other areas of the forum, we all have a better idea on how to assist you. Click on "Quick Links" above, go down to "User Control Panel" and then click on "Edit your Signature" It'* pretty straight forward from there.

I did the 3.5 change and felt great power. The 3.5 is the most common size guys run with for a while until there foot requires more speed.
I would suggest going with a Multiple Pulley System (MPS)
That way you can swap out different sizes when needed quickly.
