Default Small coolant leak, what to use to fix?

i was looking through the leak fixers and i was going to buy the prestone one but i saw it has aluminum silicate and the manual says to keep the engine silicate free, i have read that the silicates wont damage the engine but once they are there not even a flush will remove them, so befor i do something irreversible i want to know if there are any brands of leak stopper that dont have silicates?
