Default Shift Kit, Do it yourself?

On intense racings website it claims its a 1-2 hour job. Doesnt look like a lot of parts.

Is it do it yourself if you never tried something like this before? Or go to a shop? At most how much should I pay to get this done?

Go to a shop. I tried installing one myself in my trucks old trans.....Note how I say old.....Because that shift kit made my trans meet an early demise Because I thought I did it right. It would also burn the hell out of the fluid every 10-12K miles.
