Default Not sure what this part is called?

I am trying to find a part on gmpartsdirect but I don't know the name of the part. It is the part in above the rear passenger wind that houses the small opera light. It just fell out and is just hanging there by the electrical wires.

What is the name of this part and can you just purchase the plastic clips that hold it to the frame?

After doing some research, I've found they are called grab handles. Anyone have a part number for the handle and a part number for the clips? Thanks.
