Advance..... well...
Lets have an understanding about the CP9145 that they use...
Some of the Stores actually have a CP9145 that is full blown as in it will scan OBD1 and OBD2 codes as well as display data...
Others have a very stripped down version, that will only pull OBD2 codes and do nothing else.. If this is the case they will in no way be able pull or read the codes from a 94 or 95 Bonneville...
And I don't know how many times I have said it...
There is no way to do the Paperclip trick on any 94-95 GM Car....
And as for dealership prices... I'd say your looking at $50-$100 depending on the dealer...

will the codescout 2500 work? i can buy one for 200 buck. but to bad i dont have that at all. but will it? and both the advaceds around me dont have the cp9145 on the OBD2 so i gets i just *.O.L. LOL

I am actually kind of liking that one... And the part about it reading Manufacture Specific codes... Thats even better.. I may have to have one
