Looks like there will be to many problems changing out the throttle body to be practical. If we put pipe plugs in, or weld shut, the two coolant holes in the lower manifold most of the problems will be solved.
Found a machinist that can make a reduced OD stovepipe for $30 or less, that will help with burn through.

I still isn't going to stop the lower intake gaskets from rotting so it'* not the end all answer to stop the coolant issues overall on the II.
