Default Perform Ride and Touring Ride lights both on

From the VIN records it appears that this car still has the original struts, so what servicing can I do myself to find out why both lights are on? Car rides fine as is, but I would like to fix this and understand what happened.

DLC is the Data Link Connector.(sometimes called the obd port?)
Its located underneath the steering wheel column. Pin #1 is the upper left, Pin#8 is upper right. Pin #9 is lower left and pin#16 is lower right.
