Default Securtiy System

Okay, since i bought the car the security light remains on while driving, for a shot while, then it shuts off..tonight i tried to program my transmitter to flash the lights and chirp the horn..its currently in mode 0, were the doors just lock and unlock..
I couldnt get it to program, i tried and tried..
then i opend the door while inside the car, closed the door, locked the doors with the transmitter..waited two minutes..unlocked the door by manually sliding the lock itself..then opend the door, nothing happend..no alarm..
i did this again, only this time i turned the igntion on..no alarm..car started right up..
My car DID have command start at some point in time, but i belive it has been disabled..this may of fucked with my security..however..the 93 has command start as well, and its a REALLY old type..and the alarm in that car works as it should..

Do these alarms have like a master reset to factory defaults or anything like that?

Not to hi-jack your post, but can '92'* flash their lights and beep when you lock/unlock?
