Se 93' idle problems

Se 93' idle problems
A few days after doing tranny overhaul, I was driving the car and I notice the idle is pretty high, about 1000-1100rpm, I was parking the car, puting into P and the idle was 3000 RPM !
In Neutral mode it'* 3000Rpm as well, D and R is ok..
I parked the car, when I came back after 2 hours or so, it was fine, idle 900~ and no problems.
What should I check? what may cause this kind of problem?
