Maybe a private shop. Possibly some auto parts stores. Actron 9110 or Actron 9145 scan tools with a GM cartridge and the right cable (OBDII connector under the dash) will read the hybrid 94 and 95 PCMs. The tool needs to be able to connect to OBDII and to read OBDI - that'* what you've got.

You may also want to post your location. We may have a member near you who could help, or may know of a specific shop near you.

I have the setup if you need help. I live in Lebanon, and work downtown Indy.

I never had any luck getting them to scan a OBD1 system with a OBD2 hookup. They look at you like your nuts. I purchased a OBD1 Scantool that takes the GM cartridge, and the adapter cable that connects to a OBD2 connector. You have to purchase the cable seperately from the Scantool manufacturer now, stuffs too old. When I bought my Scantool off EBAY, you couldnt find them in stores anymore. Manufacturer doesnt stock them anymore either, but they DID have the adaptor cables still.
