Sorry for the delay in my follow up.... I installed a new fuel filter, air filter, set of Bosch premium plug wires, and all new Bosch Platinum +4 plugs. The car runs like a top now. Have driven it 400 miles and it hasn't acted up once. I think a major contributor to the issue was the fuel filter. It was difficult to blow on the inlet port and feel air coming out the other end. Now I'm concerned maybe I shouldn't have bought the Bosch platinum plugs....good thing they have the 100,000 warranty

You'll need that warranty, trust me.
