are they the same pump? is it a dealer part? i cant seem to find it and part stores...what should i ask for when trying to get it?

I JUST saw this post. Your problem is most likely the "Y" piece behind the bumper that splits the one line into 2 lines for the headlight washers. It is a one way valve that opens with pump pressure, and closes when off so it doesn't leak. It has a rubber piece on the inside, and over time it falls apart, and the fluid starts to just dribble out of the headlight washers. Replace the "Y" piece and you should be good to go.
