You also need to get that KR under control. Do the FWI. Get that engine cooler somehow (yes do the 180* and fan bypass mod). Make sure your cat isn't clogged, and your fuel injectors are cleaned. And go over the engine with a fine-tooth comb for anything loose. Oh yeah...and make sure your O2 sensor wires are routed away from the spark plug wires.
One more thing (in ancient Chinese Man'* voice)...make sure the MAF sensor is clean.

i have no cat. and this morning on my way home from work. with the IAT at 63* ECT at 180* and from a 10mph roll i punched it and saw 5-KR constant. and sometimes the car acts like its starving for fuel at WOT and about 8psi boost. " new fuel filter 6k miles ago"
Gotta know that fuel pressure. Try to stay out of WOT until you do.
You also have to make ABSOLUTELY sure you got all the cracks in the EM'*. Some of them are VERY hard to see. Check for vac leaks as well, and leaks in and around the EGR stovepipe between the top of the valve and the supercharger.

SJ, he stated eariler in this topic that this was done.
Riv, look at my old pics in my 'holy exhaust cracks batman' topic. You'll see just how difficult it is to find those cracks. But for the time being, try to find any exhaust/EGR leaks and check that fuel pressure first, rather than pull your EM'* again for now.
Check your fuel pressure:
1. Key on for 2 seconds (no start), repeat 2 more times (prime for 2 seconds, 3 times). What'* the pressure?
2. Start and idle. What'* the pressure?
3. At idle, pull the vac line off the FPR. What'* the pressure (no, this is not as accurate as WOT under load, but it can give an indication of a problem under those conditions).

My under load FP was about 7 psi over my no-load. I would think it would be safe to assume that yours should be close to the same.
And PLEASE look at that egr-to-supercharger air tube. I have two tubes sitting in my garage right now that have cracks where you can't see them when on the vehicle.
