Well there isn't a bypass for the GTO, you have to do custom work and the GTO has no arm or disarm wires either, thanks Holden

using a staus output we wired a relay to control a ground on the key with a wire running to the resistance wire

I did use a "self-learning" VATS bypass. I'm not sure if this is what you're referring to or not. Interestingly enough, the wiring diagram referred to a disalarm wire but said there was no re-alarm wire.

Yah the self learning makes it easy, there might not be a rearm because the aftermarket system stays armed until you unlock it and get in to turn it on
