Default Rear Height Problem

My '95 SSE Rear is a little low. I measured the rear height and it'* lower by one inch on the driver'* side. It was not like this before. I measured it against another SSE and it'* definetly lower. It'* riding a little sloppy on tight corners too. How do I know if it'* the springs or the schocks? Is it true that the electronic shocks are not available anymore? If so, what'* an alternative replacement?
