It is standard with the SSEi top of the line models.
It uses air shocks in the rear only to maintain a level ride and keep it off the bump stops with heavy loads. There is also a connection in the trunk for pumping up things like rubber mattresses, tires, etc....
Tricking it will pump up the rearend so it transfers a little more weight over the front wheels and looks cool. :P

only some 95 SLE'*, some 92-98 SSE'* and all 92-03 SSEI'* have the ELC
EDIT ALL 2004 SE and SLE Bonnevilles have "ELC"
Its a new name though (Automaitc Load Leveling) System is standard on SE and SLE
