BUMP

anyone have any ideas on these codes? i tried lookin them up on google and found that the PO321 code has to do with spark and from what i read the PCM needs to be replaced is this true?

The 18X you mention is on the crank sensor. This points to a bad sensor. The PRDNL code is common to see with a bad crank sensor as the car dies and restarts on it'* own in gear and the pcm tosses the PRNDL issue.

At this point your best course of action seems to be replacing the crank sensor.

I had the same problem on my 96 SE with only 69K miles. I went to Advance and had them check the codes. Got the same codes and did some research. It'* your crank sensor. I replaced mine and it went away. Car ran like a champ. You will have to remove the harmomic blanancer which was pretty hard to do. Good luck with getting it off.

one more thing is it true that u have to reprogram the new crank sensor to the PCM?

no, but make sure the sensor is lined up right with the tone ring.
I find it easier to remove the balancer with am impact gun and air hammer..
