Default Radiator Support

Does anyone have photos of a ~'99 Bonneville that has had the front end disassembled? I'm trying to confirm if the radiator support is welded to the body.

My '99 Bonneville must have gotten a "Lower Tie Support" (part number 25630889) that wasn't properly rust-proofed. The rest of the front is holding up pretty good, rust-wise... but this part is majorly rotted... while everything is still holding structurally, I don't want the radiator or condenser dropping out at some random time.

It seems that the "Lower Tie Support" is welded to two side supports and those in turn are welded to a upper tie support and the entire assembly is considered the radiator support... and is part number 1225148, however, its not clear if this is welded to the front of the car or not. I imagine it is... but was hoping someone here knows for sure. I found a source for the "Lower Tie Support" and want to order it... but if the entire support is a bolt in affair, I would be better off replacing the entire thing, as my welding skills are still... uh... iffy.

Thanks in advance.
