Lets just say you need to be able to fabricate. If you were to even consider getting a getrag put in there, you'd need a donor car to pull it from, so you would have the shifter, cables, firewall plate (which you would have to modify or make), the clutch pedal, master and slave cylinders, the transmission itself, you'll need to fabricate an oil filter adapter, an intermediate shaft to block bracket, a lower driver mount bracket, etc. Its really not worth doing unless you are very mechanically inclined and know your way with a welder.

ok cool well never mind about the gertag then. will the 3.8 series 2 out of a 96 impala work in the 92 bonnies and if so is 700 a good price for one that has 70,000 miles on it(plus a thirty day warranty)
