Most definitely. Unless it'* currently leaking. Or, unless you find the rubber inset gasket cracked or melted.

illl third it! even says in the Chiltons it is.

I re-used mine just a month ago or so when i dropped my pan, no leaks as of yet...except for the drain plug i put in
