question of the day...
my 95 sse is leaking tranny fluid from the side pan gasket at the bottom...if i put a stop leak in will it completely stop this leaking?? or do i have to take everything off that side to do the stupid pan gasket which they dont sell anywhere i've called?? any ideas guys??

I don't like stop leak. Have you looked at Auto Parts Fast at RockAuto for the gasket? If you can't find one, there is a chance it'* a reusable gasket, every Bonneville I've worked on had one, but not sure on your year. If that'* the case, clean it up and torque to the correct settings.
Drain and drop the pan, clean the gasket if reusable or get a new pan gasket. Might as well change the filter while you have the pan off. The replace the pan and torque the pan bolts to 96 to 120 in-lbs. Or 8 ft-lbs to 9 ft-lbs. Add 6 qt of Dexron III ATF. Start, drive and check for leaks. Re torque pan bolts.
