does a bad supercharger coupler cause knock retard?
sorry for what is probley a dumb question,
but seriously im trying to figure out whats going on with my car. What are signs of knock retard if any?

A simple answer....no.

A bad coupler will only cause a little noise at idle, and will not affect performance in any way......unless it comes apart, which I've never heard of.
