Default Power Seat keeps moving & clicking. HELP!

My 99 Bonneville is my favorite car ever. All of a sudden when adjusting my the passenger or driver seat it somthing in the console starts "clicking" and the seat continues to move until it cannot move anymore. When I switch from passenger to driver it still continues. When I move the switch to the middle postion there is still that clicking noise. For a while I would need to shut off the car and start it again. Now it is continuing for a minute or so even after I shut off the car. Any ideas?????

Sounds like a bad relay. But I'm not sure where that is located right now.

Welcome to the Bonneville Forum!

Either a relay like Dan said, or you might have some debris in the switch that does not allow it to close or go to it'* normal null state. If you get can get the switch out and jumper in a new three way switch from a local auto store, and it works; then you have a switch problem.
