Default Seat belt retractor keep clicking...

edit: Sorry for my misinformation with this thread. The problem is the seat belt retractors on the driver and passenger side doors. They keep making clicking noises and occasionally tighten the seat belt. I'm assuming it'* not a problem with the actual units because they click simultaneously. I'm guessing it'* a poor ground or something. The car is a 1990 bonneville LE. I'm not quite sure where to start.

First thought would be to find the ground buss' on both sides of the car, taped to the wire loom by each front door. Clean and check them.

Edit: Darn it Bill W.. I came back to edit with the linky... (grumble..guy beats me back with the link...lol)

Sorry for taking so long to respond. I didn't think that anyone responded to my question. I took a look at that article and it says that it applies to models from 92 until 99 and I have a 90. I took apart the passenger side floor panel near the door and haven't had luck finding that part yet. I'm going to go back and take a look at it again. The symptoms sound correct because I've been having trouble starting which I believe has to do with fuel pressure problems.

What troubles have you been having with starting the car?

Extended cranking after the engine sits for a while (overnight, while I'm at work, etc). The engine runs really well once it has started. Usually I crank it for 5 seconds and then stop and then try again and it fires up in a couple seconds. It'* a huge pain in the ***.
