Please Recommend me the best tranny fluid for 93' SE.
Hi, guys,
I think I need to add more Tranny oil. But I have never filled it by myself and don't know which brand is the best for my bonneville.
One more question.
Do i have to change the entire fluid? or just adding the fluid is ok?

You can just add fluid. To correctly check the fluid level you have to go through the procedure of warming up the tranny, moving the selector between gears, etc. In the TechInfo section of this site there is an article on the trans fluid (written by yours truly) and it tells you how to do this (since I am too lazy to pull it up.

BTW, I use Halvoline in mine, although any good fluid should work, as long as its Dextron IIE-compatible and not synthetic (synthetics are too slippery).
