Uh... well, uh...

I would put the PCV housing top on first... then put the MAP on it. You're going to need to apply a lot of downward pressure on the housing, while turning it with a rachet. You can't do that with the MAP on the housing.

Also, I'd think putting the MAP on the PCV housing top would be more difficult if the PCV housing top wasn't anchored to the UIM.

Just my 2 cents...
