Default Part # ?

Does anyone know the part # for center console storage cover (i think that'* what you would call it ). The tab broke on mine and wont stay closed now. I drilled a screw in there for now, but is kinda hard to get open. Do they sell these or would it be easier to go to the junk yard and find one? Thanks!

I'd go to a junk yard first, but it is possible to fix that tab without having to buy another one. For an easy fix try the adhesive velcro strips. Works like a charm.

Matt, it depends on which console you have. Do you have the center console between the seats, or the bench console?

Yea, I was thinking about going there if I get a chance, and yea I thought about that too, either the velcro strips or a magnet.

Ok, now I need to know exactly what broke....be specific. New parts for this are pretty cheap really.

Ok, well it'* the tab that holds it closed. It cracked off, so it doesn't latch on to anything. I'll try to take a picture later tonight.

The long tab that hangs down from the lid, or the latch it goes into?

The long tab that hangs down from the lid is broke. The latch works fine.
