Default P0325 and stalling, possible ICM, ECM, PCM

Some of this if from a previous post, but it is evolving. (1995 Buick Lesabre 3.8L)

I replaced the knock sensor and cleaned connection in response to P0325, but code still persists. I then removed coil packs and ICM, cleaned the very minimal dirt present, and coated with dielectric grease and replaced. Now the car stalls while driving, and won't restart unless it sits several minutes. Any ideas? I am focused on the ICM since that is the only component I touched and now car stalls, but after reading many other threads, the PCM is also suspect. Any way to tell which?

Previously I had these other codes, but they just went away: P0565 CC servo position sensor signal circuit problem (and the CC is not working), and in history P0361 (Ign Sys Problem Elec Spark timing est not toggling) also comes up. The check engine light will sometimes turn off completely when I am coasting down a slight hill.

I bought the Actron scanner 9145, and it seems to work great.

Default

Cleaned the connections and put ICM back together, and no more stalling. Case closed.
