Default Ok, I need your help again guys!

Well, I was finally getting a leg up on a few problems and then BAM another strikes!!!!
Driving the last couple of days the ses light comes on and my car runs like scat! :( . Then when driving at 55 with cruise set, it feels like sombody shuts the cruise off then after a few seconds it'* like somebody hit resume. So I pull codes #22 tps signal voltage low, code #68 cruise system problems, and code #65 cruise servo position sensor. So I replaced the tps....Still does the same thing any other ideas?
I know that my egr valve gasket has a very slight leak . But I don't think this would cause these problems. Any help would be great. And Thanks for all the help so far!!!

Cruise control pos sensor is a definite suspect, as well as the TPS. The speed sensor is also used by the PCM to determine if it needs to speed up or slow down the car.

TPS .2-.74volts at idle to 5v at WOT. If TPS v < .2 for 4 seconds => Code 22 TSL Signal voltage low.
Too cryptic? IF TPS voltage is less than .2 v for 4seconds, it will trip the SES and the code 22

Cruise pos sens code 65 trips if CKT 398 is opened, grounded, or shorted, or if ckt 399 is open.
Code 65 will not illuminate the SES Did all your codes and SES come back even after replacing TPS?

The PCM applies 5v to the cruise pos sens and then reads the returned frequency to determine the pos. can you measure the 5 voltage there?

Yes, same codes before and after new ac delco tps. sometimes at idle when the ses light is going on and off (flashing) randomly, I can hear a slight rapid clicking from the area where the cruise control actuator is. I'm honestly lost on this one.

If it'* acting up at idle, what is your TPS voltage then? Cruise servo would not even be playing a part at idle I wouldn't think.

You're going to have to get close and personal with a multimeter I think. You could have a couple of different issues here, or combined into one in either the wiring or PCM. I would start by testing continuity from the TPS connector to the PCM connector and repeat for the cruise servo sensor wiring. Maybe check around for critter damage, but the continuity would confirm it is ok. If your sensors also test ok, that would lead me to believe PCM. However, I would definitely run it with a OBD scan tool connected before throwing money down for a PCM.

When you replaced the TPS, did you unhook the battery for 20-30 minutes to reset the computer? If not, you may want to start there.

Cruise can be controlled by the TPS or could be a second problem. Although since you have already replaced the TPS, lets concentrate there and get that code cleared.
