Yeah.. that'* really bad and car can leave you in a lurch if you try and do it too many times. The car will decide how many is too many.

I use syn in my truck and do more mileage..but it'* syn, and pressure doesn't drop off at all.

I usually do about 5000 miles on non-syn oil change. Then again, most of my miles are highway miles... I do about 3000 miles when it'* all city driving, and up to 6000-6500 miles when it'* all highway driving. My '95 Bonne SE had 210,000 miles on it when I got rid of it...
