Default O-rings in Dorman UIM PN# 615-180 for 1997 Pontiac Bonny

I bought the Dorman PN# 615-180 Upper intake manifold. The only documentation included is about the tightening sequence and torque specs for UIM. There are 5 loose O-rings included in the package, but there is no documentation as to what they go to.

My guess is as follows:

1.) Two of the O-rings are orange in color and look like they must go to the coolant bypass elbow.... I did buy the coolant bypass elbow from the dealer.

2.) There are two small black O-rings which appear to go to the fuel injector, where one would be for the injector to fuel rail connection and the other for the fuel injector to intake manifold connection... What bothers me is why only include O-rings for just one of the six fuel injectors.

3.) The fifth and last O-ring is black in color and has an ID of about 3/4" to 7/8" in diameter and has a thickness of about 1/8". I have no idea as to what this is for.

In fact, I am not certain about ANY of these 5 loose O-rings. Does anybody know?
Did the other folks out there get what I got ? Does it sound like my box didn't come with a parts list ?

Thanks for the help,

Jack

Came with the dorman huh?

I know a couple of those rings go on the vacuum port that hooks into the back of the intake. Technically you'd probably call it a dickfer. I don't remember them giving coolant elbow rings. There'* a gasket for the endcap on the trans end of the intake. I know there'* one other..having trouble remembering...

Where are the L36 guys on this one? HEY YOU GUYS!@!!!!!!!

This o-ring goes on the vacuum tube that runs to the power booster.

I'm not sure about the other 5. I currently run a sleeved UIM from Bob Dillon so I'm not as familiar with the Dorman kits.

I got the instruction sheet as well, but I didn't include it in the pictures. Did you get any additional O-rings as mentioned in this thread? I did not.
