Default No Power Brakes
Has anyone ever replaced vac booster on 98 ssei i think it is bad i'm getting a wooshing sound from firewall penitration when brakes are applied and most of the time it feels like no power assist but there are manual brakes

That sounds like the booster. Check the connection from the engine in case and I think it'* not too bad to replace for labor.
