Default No cruise or reverse

Lost my cruise a while back. Someone said the reverse lights not working
is tied to this. What part is this? Anyone have a pic?

Perhaps its the Neutral Safety Switch or Transaxle Position Switch (or whatever they call it on these cars)... It sounds right for the cruise not working because that switch is an input. When cruise control senses you shift into Neutral, it disengages. Also, that switch may control your reverse lights...

Just a guess.

Check the fuses first - 5A and 1B

Then check the Cruise Release Switch. It'* mounted under the dash on the brake pedal. It has a Gray and Brown wire attached to it. With the ignition on, you should be able to read at least .5 volts or light a test lamp off the Gray wire and ground and then off the Brown wire and ground with the brake pedal up.
