I ordered a new oil pan that came in today. I'm fairly certain the end is not supposed to have a slant to it, is that correct? Just wanted to verify before I caused the company any trouble. The box is damaged too so I suspect it was damaged in transit.

Slightly..if you put it on with the bolts..it should seal right up.

It'* worse than it looks in picture. If I'm going to pay $100 for a pan and gasket I want a good one going into the job. They get a bit skeptical when you return a damaged part after it'* been used. I don't want to roll around on my back for no reason. I called the number and they were surprisingly helpful. Emailed prepaid shipping label and are expediting one out.
