Since SE models dont have a nice trip computer, I always calculate mine by dividing the milage on my trip odometer by the number of gallons the pump says the car took.

Ex: 450 miles / 15 gallons = 30MPG

I was travelling at 70 to 75 most of the way...i didnt reach the 112 mph cut off

I typically get 29-31mpg @ 75-80 mph on long trips. And much of this is mountains.
