I have had trouble with a P0336B code. I have replaced the crank sensor and installed a known good ignition module but vehicle is still REAL sluggish 75% of the time. When hooking the scan tool to it I still have no data on the 18x crank signal. Any ideas where to go from here? Vehicle will take of good and then just fall on its face. Replaced fuel filter and performed a injector service to no avail.

What year and make is your car? Have you inspected your spark plugs?

LIke Dan said, it would be much better if you tell what year and model of car you are referring to.

You may need a case learn for the installation of the crank shaft position sensor.

Yea I suppose that would help a little wouldn't it. Sorry guys, it'* a '97 Bonneville SE. I had replaced the plus and wires about a month ago. One of the coil towers was rusty and caused a miss, I cleaned the coil up and put the best Carquest plug wires and rapidfire plugs in it. The car ran great again after that, I've been messing with this latest problem for about a week now.
