Please post links to after-market company who sells front "cowl cover" for 1993 Bonneville SE

I need to cover and seal "over" the front cowl area (except for air assembly) because---

I located the leak "in the drain passageway" of the driver'* side of the cowling area.

This drain drops the water from the level of the top of the engine compartment to behind the driver'* side front wheel well to the ground.

There is body metal there with two additional drainage points. Inside the body metal is the leak.

cowl area completely cleaned out
interior of car removed
can watch water come in far under driver'* dash area, upper left
