Default NAPA Sway Bar Repair kits

When I searched NAPA'* website using MOOG'* numbers these kits showed up...

Front:
Sway Bar Repair Kit - Front Suspension
MOOG Item#: K8989
NAPA Item#: NCP2651201
http://www.napaonline.com/MasterPage...ont+Suspension

Rear:
Sway Bar Repair Kit - Rear Suspension
MOOG Item#: K5315
NAPA Item#: NCP2651307
http://www.napaonline.com/MasterPage...ear+Suspension

Are these as good as the Energy Suspension Kits that have been used in the past???
Thanks[/url]

What are they made of? If it'* not stated, or it'* rubber, no.

If they're polyurethane, then yes, they're probably as good.

If it'* not stated what they are, buy Energy Suspension. Otherwise, make your own choice.

I think it depends on the condition of your originals. My original rubbers were hard and tight and i couldn't feel the difference after the Energy Suspension. (but the bolts were almost ready to break off so i'm glad i replaced them.)

You should always verify what the product is you are buying, but MOOG are generally known to be excellent performance bushing repair and replacement kits. They even make complete body and suspension kits for total upgrades.

They are made by Federal-Mogul in both rubber and a thermoplastic that claims to be superior to urethane. Check their site for more info:

bad linky....

Edit: Link screwed up...let me go fix it...OK, all better...try this one VVVV

The ones @ parts stores i've seen, have been rubber. I wanted control arm bushings, and they brought me rubber sway bar bushings..
