Well, on second though, I will do this on the floor in the shop, i was looking at it tonight, looks much easier from above...
Flat piece of wood across the transmission under my jack? will that work fine? Thats what I did when I changed the torque axis mount

Your oil pan is stronger than your trans pan. Jack from there.
Get a 3' 2x4 ready. You may have to 'muscle' the motor in the cradle to get the holes to line up. It made John'* install MUCH easier.

I haven't had to muscle this mount and have changed it a few times. Here'* the way I got at it.
Undo the 3 15mm nuts under the subframe (bottom of mount)
Jack lightly about 1cm up to relieve most pressure. I personally have used a small block of wood on a solid part of the trans, not the pan. Always try not to jack on pans whenever possible. Overall though..if you spread out the force over enough area..it will hold.
Unbolt the 13mm'* holding the mount to trans..and the 18mm holding the trans and mount to the engine.
Turns and gently wiggle the mount up and out the top.(Isn't it great not having an airbox in the way. )
Get new one in place..start all the top bolts..leaving them loose..lower until the mount'* studs begin into the subframe holes..
Tighten top bolts..and lower the rest of the way. Put on and tighten the lower mount nuts.

I used an extension on my jack to support the engine at a solid point and not the pan.
After it was up I used a block of wood under the engine pan.
It is easier to get at from the top but I still jacked the car up to get at both sides.

that took a whopping 30 minutes using, belive it or not, Heavy Duty wooden truck ramps, which my low *** car actually went up, a 900 dollar snapon 3/8" impact and swivel socket set, then my cheapy jack...To easy, WAYYYYYYYYY to easy.
Did it fix my transmission issue? Ofcourse not, that would make life simply to simple..
This Bastard is going to Oregon, weather it likes it or not, I talked to another EXTREAMLY reputable builder who uses the 4T65s in his 10-12 second Fieros, he mentioned of the "bump shift" issues at low speeds the trannys had, and that it will just keep doing it until the PROPER kit is used to fix it, key word kids, PROPER.
It only does it MAYBE 30% of the time when acclerating at a medium rate from around 10 mph, those of you who are coming out to WCBF will see what I mean.

Nope, No day 2. I'd rather enjoy myself watching the runs on Day 2, I want to push it, but not that hard, not yet.
