What was the trans out of and ws the gear ratio etc all the same?

Why do I get the feeling he'* just not used to Overdrive actually kicking in?
It kicks in at about 44mph on both my 3800'* under steady throttle.

Mike, let off the pedal slightly, does the RPMs kick back up a bit when you hit about 39mph ?

the tranny was from a 97 ssei like mine so it should be the same and i will try the overdrive thing to see
