Loud annoying idle with VIDEO
I've had this loud buzzy-like idle for quite a while. There'* a few noises that seem to be different, but it'* hard to tell. I thought the SC coupler was bad, now I'm thinking the tensioner pulley? I checked the SC pulley for play, and I don't think there is any. It seems tight every which way. There'* only a slight 'tick' noise turning it left to right, that may be normal. I don't really know though as I've never had comparisons.
Also, though possibly unrelated, when I drive my transmission seems very whiney, but it'* always had some whine since I got it in April.
Anyway, here'* a video if it helps.
EDIT: Most would already know, but for those that aren't sure, this is not the HB.

Oh yeah? :? I didn't even think of that. I figured I'd have noises while steering as well, and I don't THINK I do...or I can't hear them over the loud dying wheel bearing and my music.
I mentioned my tranny whines, but couldn't this be the PS pump instead? It'* very audible whine/whirr while driving and accelerating. It changes with speed. I didn't check the other pulleys besides the SC for any play. Maybe my tranny really isn't making the noises I thought it was...?

I will try this tomorrow. Thanks Pat for making me realize it could be something else.
What exactly am I looking for when I spin the pulleys by hand? Off hand, I don't even know which one is for the PS. Off to find out....
EDIT: I'm guessing the PS pump is a pain to get to...in the back?

Spin the pullies.. you will feel the grind or hear it.
Like a bad alternator.. squeak squeak squeak....I think if that goes too long, you won't have to guess which one it is.
