Default A Little Newbie Help

My transmission has been sliipping to the point that it has become a chore to drive. I have to start it in second and shift into third only when the rpm are above atleast 3000. and if i punch it while in 3rd it will go into neutral. when i make it to fourth and punch it the rpm stays at 1500-2500 and the boost gauge is pinned. The codes that came up were

6 40 QDM1
6 70 QDM4

besides the transmission there are no other evident problems with the vehicle

can anyone help me?

Flipping through the forum i saw that the QDM1 code could be the TCC, which could explain the transmission. any more help before i get my transmission rebuilt unneccissarily
