:( I have only 149k miles and the car runs and looks like it has 20k miles except for one thing,a noisy lifter. I tried Rislone but no god. Any ideas or will it hurt anything to just let it tic ? It seems to be from the rear bank of cyls. Its not an injector

run some tranny fluid in your oil for 500 miles

I've never heard of that, what does that do?

tranny fluid cleans everything it has alot of detergent

Something that you would recommend before an oil change?
How much would you put in?

ok change oil and filter put 1 less quart of oil in and replace with tranny fluid drive for 500miles drain and change oil normally i do this once every 15k
