Lean and or too hot plug

Lean and or too hot plug
SO I took my plugs out because I'm getting misfires through out my engine under hard acceleration at the high RPM'*. And they are cook here are the pictures. When I replaced the plugs about 5 months ago this is how the ones looked taking them out. Now I had a bad fuel pump at the time pushing low psi. I haven't check my psi since then need a gauge. So is it I'm lean or I need colder plugs? Thanks for you input.

Those plugs look about right. Brown to grayish tan is what you want to see. White insulator firing tip and/or excessive electrode erosion indicates a lean condition,

I see. Just looked like the isolator was a bit blistered too. and the whole thing looks like it'* dipped in baking flour. SO another place to find out why I'm misfiring
