Also check to see if maybe Fuse No. 3 down under the passenger side of the dashboard is loose or making bad contact.

I experienced a similar power door lock issue. It'* possible one of the contacts under the switch plates(driver or passenger) is making contact ALL the time.

Good advice! I bet if the switch is always on then the circuit breaker kicks in and shuts the locks off.

My passenger Side door never works i always have to reach over and click it. most of my fuse numbers and stuff is worn off the sticker under the passenger side dash so i cant tell which one to check and how much amp of an amp fuse it needs

No, i have manuelly lock and unlock it. using the red switch, i just recently have been able to take apart my drivers side door cuz my power window dont work. but it was too cold to take apart the passenger side door but i was hopeing for something a little easier then that cuz its a pain. maybe what fuses or relays to check.

If three out of four power door locks work fine, I would suspect a problem within the passenger door... :(
