Some 92'* have insufficient baffling in the tanks. Fixed in late 92 or early 93 production.

Default stall

You should at least check if you have spark the next time it stalls to at least rule out the possibility of an elctrical problem.
Just carry a spare spark plug with you, pull off a wire and insert onto the plug.
Have someone crank it while you ground the electrode aginst the manifold.
Has the tech checked the fuel pressure at the rail? Is it OK?
Fuel and spark cause a car to stall in 90% of the cases.

I replaced it not too long ago, after I had one of the stalling problems. I've been sort of wanting to sell the Bonnie for a little bit, and I'm getting a job so I will be able to get a newer SSEi. I'm still not sure what I'm going to do though. I called the shop and they said that they might not have the time to look at it today, so I can't really make a decision till I know what they have done. So I haven't made any decisions to sell the bonnie quite yet. I'm not really sure what to think.

It just stalls dead on its face with no warning at all. I don't believe it'* ever had any crank sensor issures. And it starts every time I turn the key, except after it stalls of corse.

After it stalls out, I usually drive it for a week or two and then it decides to stall out on me.

This sounds like an electrical issue with the ICM, or bad connector, or crank sensor.
My SSE did the EXACT same thing this summer.
Try the spark thing if it stalls again.
Or if your good with cars pull off the ICM harness (toward radiator) clean the connections and tighten up on the pin sockets.
Its worth a try and only takes about 10 min.
Also is it the original crank sensor on the car?

Than you must have an intermintent problem... Sometimes those can be a PITA to diagnose... Strange..
Tell me about it. It happened to me when I was out on a date one time.

Well, anywho. The shop said that they can't find the problem because it is so intermintent. So, I'm left in a perplexing situation. I don't have the time or money to do this by myself, and I can't be certain of what it is. So, my mom doesn't really feel comfortable with me driving it. I could pull out onto the highway thinking that it will be able to get up to speed in time, and it could stall. My mom wants me to sell it and I am starting to lean that way also. I have been sort of wanting to get a newer bonneville for some time now and I guess that this is sort of pushing me to get a newer bonnie. I am still in love with the car but I am sort of afraid to drive it, in fear of stalling out in a bad situation. I'm not exactly sure of what it is that I am going to do. I would like to sleep on it tonight and have a decision tomarrow. I will update you guys when I know what I'm going to do.
