Default I screwed up AGAIN! Highbeam black connector piece fell out!

As in the other post, I have some steering vibration, so I took the grey plastic cover off of the side by the tilt lever, then took the piece under that off. When I did that, the little black piece that connects the metal piece to the highbeam/turn signal stalk fell out.

Any Ideas?

Does it look like this? Mine has been out for like 3 years now. I haven't figured out how to put it back in yet.

Pretty sure we've posted how to fix that..although the only way I knew was to go into the column. IIRC someone posted they had success getting it back in without though.
