The PCM actually watches the low speed fan relay for the proper voltage. I'm forcing it on when the PCM doesn't want it on. The other items the Quad Driver A module monitors are the Evap canister purge solonoid, the HIGH TEMP light, and TCC apply. Note that it does NOT monitor the high speed fan relay. Only the low speed is considered critical?

Quad B covers the shift solonoids and EGR valve.

ok since my gauges are screw up could that have anything to do with it?

because the temp gauge is pegged to hot side

If the temp sender has a broken wire, it'll read high temp. Check both of them. That COULD be the cause of the 26.
