Iam thinking about buying this 93 bonneville ssei for $1,995. the car has 185,000 miles on it, but the ad also says its hard to start if weather is damp. what would cause this?

I've got 183,78* miles. The cars' 12 years old, What isn't high milage? They're bulletproof I'd be on it like Bill on a racoon.

The price seems kind of high for a 12 year old car with that many miles.
